The 37th National March for Life was held on January 22, 2010 in Washington DC. Two chartered buses departed from Saint Catherine's in the early morning and traveled to our nations capital in support of the protection of natural life. The march was preceded by Mass at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception. Masses were celebrated throughout the day with the North Carolina Mass being celebrated by Bishop Jugis of Charlotte, and the homily given by Bishop Burbidge. Priests and seminarians from the diocese were also in attendance.
